I can not find HTML block in my menu setting

I can not find HTML block in my menu setting, i have left the admin user information in the private content, i want the same menu as the demo 12.cosmetics, please help me with this, thanks

hi Elise, jatpack is maneged by the host, i can not desactive it, the admin is a wordpress user, you can login from here
