I can not make mega menu

I have a problem, I can not make a mega menu, because I have not block with custom fields in my admin panel WP (menu section) . photo in attach.

Please save the menu as soon as you have added menu items and they will get all the necessary fields. If you still have the problem, please provide your site admin access.

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and check

In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.
