I can not see fonts

I can not see any fonts! Only lato and poppins. this happen to my twice in 2 sites.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I did, nothing happens, i empty cache again i appear then no more. Then i changed browser form safari to chrome and it worked.
