I can not update my woodmart theme .

I can not update my woodmart theme .
even i did these steps

Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check Again” button.
Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

please help me by giving solutions ??

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I have the old version of the Woodmart theme on my website.
Then could not update my theme. after that, I did the below steps

Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check Again” button.
Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

But now my theme is updated but some layout is broken.

So please, let me know how i can fix it ?
Even have my website access as well.

Also, give me advice ..how can solve the same problem in future.
