I cannot add Custom HTML in Custom Tabs

Hello,

I created a new Custom Tabs. I clicked the “+” sign and then searched for Custom HTML, but no results were found.

Please help. Attached image for reference.

I have tested the same on my test site, and it works perfectly fine for me. Please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/jvyD8V7BQEcW.png

Please try to check back again after clearing the cache, OR try to check once with some default WordPress theme by creating a new simple page or post that will you able to find that element with the default theme or not?
