I cannot add product variations, and I cannot set or change different prices for

Hi WoodMart Support,

I recently purchased the original WoodMart theme and installed the licensed version on my WooCommerce website.

However, I’m facing an issue with WooCommerce products. In the Product Data section, the Attributes and Variations options are not working properly. The Attributes panel appears blank.

Because of this issue, I cannot add product variations, and I cannot set or change different prices for product variations.

I previously had a cracked/nulled version of WoodMart installed on this website, but I have now purchased and installed the original version.

I’m not sure if the previous installation caused this issue or if there is a plugin/configuration conflict.

I have attached a screenshot showing the problem. Could you please help me identify the cause and fix this issue?

Now, let’s get back to your request. The Attributes and Variations sections inside Product Data are provided by WooCommerce, so WoodMart normally does not control whether these panels are displayed or loaded.

Make sure WoodMart, WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, WordPress, and your other plugins are fully updated.

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WoodMart Core and Clear all website/server/browser cache and edit a product and check Product data > Attributes again.

If the issue remains You can also test with a default WooCommerce theme such as Storefront. If the Attributes panel is still blank with WoodMart disabled, this would indicate that the issue is not caused by WoodMart.

If there is an issue with the WoodMart theme, please provide temporary admin access through the Private Content section so we can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
