I cannot change the footer content block at all

hello, i am trying to change the layout of my footer to a “2 column ” design instead of the 5 column it is now.

simply nothing happens when i press either “on/off” or the diffrent coulmn options.
i have tried 4 diffrent browsers, incognito in all of those diffrent browsers.. when i click nothing happens.

what am i doing wrong?

i can now add that a LOT of the menues does not allow me to change any settings. it just dosent change when i click them.

After deactivating the “Slazzer background changer” plugin, the options in Theme Settings -> Footer started to work. Please check it on your side and let me know.
