I cannot open the menu on mobile

i tried many ways that i have seen on previous posts on the forum, but nothing has worked, i am trying to have the menu open on mobile, thank you

Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme
Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

i did disable all the plugins, still same issue.
if i change the prebuilt website theme, will it erase everything on what i ve done already?
