I cannot see all the HTML Blocks

Hello,
when I try to access the HTML Blocks section, I don’t see all the blocks. I only see the ones I’ve created, and the default blocks don’t appear for me.
Is there any option or configuration that i’m missing?

Please make sure you added translation for all HTML Blocks to see in all languages.

I have added the corresponding translation to each block and I still don’t see all the blocks I have created on my website.
