I cannote install the revslider plugin

I am trying to install the revslider (slider revolution) plugin and I receive the message failure to install, directory destination already exists.

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

It seems that your wp-content/plugins/ already has a folder with the same name. You need to remove it manually connecting to your server via FTP or file manager in your hosting control panel.
