Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor (not both at one WP installation)
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your screen shows the page. The header builder is provided in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Header builder.
Please clone your site, and move to the staging platform, you can delete all the orders on the staging site, and deactivate or remove all the keys in the payment, I will not even go there.
I can hardly help without the access.
Best Regards

guitemporao98ParticipantSorry about the confusion,
But an attempt to show you is that I was not in the Header Builder, but in the homepage content, trying to edit the element.
I already sent my creditial for login in other post.
Thanks
