December 29, 2025 at 9:50 am #702460Hello,
Please check the login using /wp-admin.
We’ve verified that the login fields appear correctly when accessing /wp-admin, which confirms that WordPress is working normally. The /wp-login.php URL is likely changed.
You can continue logging in via /wp-admin without any issue.

December 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm #702510Hello,
Navigate to wp-admin > Settings > General
Make sure WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are set to your live site URL, not the staging URL.
If you have a caching or redirect plugin, clear its cache after updating the URLs and check how it works.

December 30, 2025 at 9:48 am #702611Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

December 30, 2025 at 1:12 pm #702661Hello,
Please do the following to help us identify the issue:
- Log in to your hosting control panel (cPanel).
- Go to Appearance > Themes in your WordPress admin (if you can access it).
- Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four > Then try accessing your admin dashboard again:
If the admin dashboard works correctly with a default theme, it means the issue is related to the current theme.
If the issue persists even with a default theme, then it is not theme-related and may be caused by a plugin, server configuration, or WordPress core files.
Best Regards,
