I cant add my test domains. Error
“The purchase code is invalid. Where can I get my purchase code?”
Please, help!

I have the same issue; why did you limit the license codes? We used to be able to use them on three different sites before.

You need to remove your old activations in your account on xtemos.com/my-account
Note that one regular license allows you to use our theme on one website only. You can activate it on staging and production websites which are a part of one project.

I deleted the key on the site. On one site it installs, on another there is an error. The sites are the same, the domains are different. One is testing, the other is working.
I can’t create a subdomain because it is defined by online services. So I bought different domains

Could we test on three different domains before, was this feature recently removed

As we can see, the theme is still activated. You need to go to your account and remove old activations. Currently, you can activate it only on one domain. In our next update we will add an option to mark this activation as development (staging) that will allow you to activate it twice.

Why has the number of allowed activations been reduced from three domains to two? What factors or considerations led to this change in licensing?

According to our rules, we always allowed to use a Regular license for a single project. For multiple projects, you need to have one license per website. You can find this information in our documentation and in numerous comments and support topics. 3 activations meant 1 staging, 1 production, and 1 extra for cases when customers forget to deactivate the license before uninstalling the theme. Now we remove this 1 extra because customers think that they can use our theme for 3 different projects.

While I appreciate the clarification on the licensing rules, having three activations was beneficial for users who often work on multiple projects concurrently, with one for staging, one for production, and an additional for unforeseen circumstances. The change to limit it to two activations may pose challenges for users managing multiple projects. Is there any possibility of reconsidering this decision or providing an alternative solution for users who frequently switch between projects?

When can I add a test domain? When will this update be and how will I be notified? The theme is now activated on the main site. I wanted to start testing new features already, but I can’t do it on the main domain

If you want to install our theme just for testing purposes and see how features work you can do this without license activation temporarily. We will not return 3rd extra activation because, as we stated, most customers confuse this and think that they are allowed to use our theme for 3 separate projects.

We are working on this update and will release it soon. As for now, you can still use it without license activation.
