I can’t change background color of a specific page

If I go to Theme stettings > Style and colors > Page’s background color > All page’s background color.
It’s for All page’s. But I wanna change it for a specific page. But if I use Custom CSS from my Theme settings or wp Additional CSS using the Page ID, then It’s not working.
Even, when I use the Elementor’s settings to change the background color, It’s not change the color of the body. Just work under the footer area.

Please help me to change it.

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Pages background. You can change the background of Shop pages, Blog pages, Portfolio pages.
