I can't change the size of product image

    Hello,

    When I go to Appearance > Personnalize > Product image, I am trying to change thumbnail ratio, but nothing happens. Please tell me how should I proceed.

    Hello,

    You have set 400px and your thumbnails are 190px scaled at 300px initial size https://prnt.sc/rnu6sr

    Your configuration image is too big to be visible. What is your purpose, please?

    I am sorry, in fact I would like all the products image from categories, and products (grid or carousel) to be rectangular, not sqare and a little bit bigger. I don’t know where I should go to set the size.

    Hello,

    First of all, you need to deactivate cropping. The best way is to upload images of the same size and proportion otherwise the images may be of a different height and would not look nice.
