justtimofeyParticipantI bought a template and installed it on the site. Next, I selected the desired demo version. Now I need to customize the appearance for the products on the site. However, any settings in the “Single product” menu item do not work.
Please help me figure out why this is so.
Thanks in advance.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You are using the custom layout for the product page. Please Navigate to the Layouts >> Edit the Layout which you are using for the single product page >> then edit in the Elementor >>and you will find all the data on that page: https://ibb.co/DV7TqLc
https://ibb.co/4KFrYdDBest Regards.

justtimofeyParticipantThanks for the answer. Tell me, how can I make the template settings work for products and product categories, rather than custom layout, as it is now?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please navigate to the Layouts >> Disable the layout and then the layouts selected from the Theme settings will work instead of the custom layouts: https://ibb.co/yycmDxF
Best Regards.

justtimofeyParticipantThank you. I apologize for the long response.
I still have 1 question that I can’t find an answer to:
I’m changing the Slider on the Home Page. I do this through the “Slides” menu item. Setting up the page view in Elementor. I have the following problems:
1. My slide consists of a background image, logo image and text. The first slide is shown correctly, but all the others do not show the logo image. Everything starts working ONLY when I scroll down the page a little. This is a very serious problem for the main page and I can’t seem to solve it.
2. I can’t swap blocks when setting up a slide. The block is not moved down, but becomes an internal cell of another block.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. I have checked your site and all the slides are showing fine.can you please record a small video for better understanding to reproduce the issue on your site.
02. You can edit Slides via Elementor and add the new blocks one after the other.
Best Regards.

justtimofeyParticipantYes, of course. Below I have attached a link to the video. It shows that the slide does not show the logo image, but after scrolling down the page everything is shown correctly.
I have tried this in different browsers and in incognito mode. For some reason, this problem is everywhere.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The issue was that the animation is not loaded properly. For this, you have to always load animation from THeme Settings >> Performance >> CSS >> add the slide animation in the style to load always: https://ibb.co/1m9s2Nx
Then, I am sure the slider loads on the top of the page as well.
Best Regards.

justtimofeyParticipantHello. I moved the site to the working domain, but the problem with the slider described above remains.
I followed the recommendations and added styles to “Styles always load”, but it does not help. On different devices, the logo image in the slider (from the second slide) is not displayed. It appears only if you move the screen down.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.6 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards
