I can’t download any of the templates – Server Timeout

Hi,
I’m trying out WoodMart for the first time, but I’m unable to download any of the pre-built themes. Initially, it would stop at 15%. Then, I increased all my PHP settings to their highest levels and reached 30%, but I am still encountering the ‘Import could not be completed’ error.

Full error message:
“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue still remains, let me know so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.
