It would seem you need “Elementor Pro” to do this and you have to make either a hard change to the native template or a new template to control the elements on the shop pages. I’m still investigating this, so make sure you make a backup with any change…

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

So after investigating this, there is some issue in the Woodmart theme Woocomerce grid, nothing I tried could solve this yet. Changing to other themes, everything works correctly. Seems to either be a flex grid css issue or some type of division issues. Still digging to find out why, hope support just fixes the bug soon. Great theme otherwise (o;

You can easily add this text using a simple Text or HTML widget via Appearance -> Widgets. Add it to your main shop page sidebar.
