i cant get help for promo pop up, can any one help me?

Hi,

From themes i had disabled promo pop up but still visible in my site. Clerad cache, disabled plugins, tried in incognito mode all didnt work.

From staff team somebody logged in to my site and told that cache plugins are causing this. Even i disabled all still promo pop up is visible on my site. I cant get help from Xtemos can anyone help me to solve this out?
