I cant import the Demo

Hi !! I cant import the Demo i Use Siteground. In the host tell me that is a Theme Problem. This is the error in the same click that i try to Import show this error: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds”. Thanks a lot!

Another ISsue is the ICON in the CUSTOM DESKTOPS section in the home not show right like the DEMO
send print screen.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

There is an issue with the CloudFlare CDN cache from the server. Please remove and disable Cloudflare CDN cache from the server then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

You have to ask the hosting provider support to increase the max execution time from the PHP settings from the CPanel.

If the issue remains, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and import the demo and check the issue. If the issue still persists, share the WP admin login details and Cpanel login details of your site so I will check and import the demo on your site? Also, please tell me which demo you want to import on the site?
