I can’t install theme

Hello,
could you help me, please? When I try to install the theme, it shows me this error:
“The link you were following has expired. ”
It shows after I choose zip file in Appearance > Themes > Add New -> Upload theme.

Actually, this issue mostly occurs because of the Max Upload Size Limit on Site from the Server-End. It is usually by default set to 1 or 2MB, so please ask your Hosting Provider to increase your Max Upload Size limit.
