I bought the woodmart license and never used it on an official page, it was always a test. Now I want to use it and pay for the support in case I need support from you. However, I am unable to activate the license for my website http://www.nazcasuperfoods.com
Please help me in the installation, I renewed the support 3 days ago.

I see you have installed the theme but have not installed all necessary plugins.

Please install plugins in Appearance > Install plugins then you can upload the demo. Please install either Elementor or WP bakery builder but not both.

As soon as you install the plugins, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and upload the demo.
