I can’t log in to my website :(

I reset my original site and find out that I couldn’t log back into my site anymore! The siteground technician told me that I had to delete the original website and create a new one! But I just bought the theme! And I used it before I reset that site! I’ve only been using this new theme for less than an hour. If I want to upload the theme file to my new website with the same domain name, I need to purchase a new license! That makes me so sad. Can I bind the theme I just bought back to my newly created site with the same domain name? This is very important to me, I hope you can help! Thanks in advance!
