This issue tends to occur after updates to Elementor or WooCommerce. The solution is simple: just go to the categories section in the backend, edit any category, and click save. Once done, your shop and category pages should work properly without any issues.

this problem is not solved ..I reinstall the theme I also removed this site form hosting and i newly start like WordPress
installing + theme ans plugin install but the problem is not solved

Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility > Select the live option and check the issue.
