I cant save anything in woodmart theme panel settings

I’m unable to save woodmart settings in the panel. Please help me resolve this error

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

I’ve contacted my host and he’s saying we are not using mod_security

You have set the Max Input Vars value to “1000”. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status

Please ask your hosting to increase it. The Recommended value is “10000” Then check back.

@lesny is right, you are still using the older version of PHP 7.3, please update the PHP version to 7.4 or greater then check back the theme options.

It seems that you are also working on the Server. Because I have changed the PHP version to 7.4 but its reverting back to 7.3.

If you haven’t made this change then ask your hosting to change the PHP version because the changes are getting reverted back.

After we save changes it revert back to 7.3 after sometime.

Error: The theme directory “woodmart” does not exist. thats the error im getting, Can you help me resolve it?

It looks like you removed the theme folder from your server. You need to upload it to the wp-content/themes/woodmart/ folder to fix this error.

I can give you my login credentials, and do resolve that theme redirection problem. its been now one week and you didnt do anything
