Another problem that there is a selection list that when choosing from the list if the name is long then it comes out of the box.

i already updated and the problem still here.

and now after i updated the theme the free shipping progress bar doesnt shown in the mini cart (in the setting its ON)

I fixed the mini cart shipping bar problem but the first problems still here.

Ok thanks the translate problems resolved but the other problem is:
When I change shipping method there is loading GIF like in the picture that I don’t want.
And the other problem I mentioned in the post is there is a selection list that when choosing from the list if the name is long then it comes out of the box.

Understood, the thing is that those fields and loader comes from WooCommerce so could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
