I can’t translate fully theme

I have installed the language pack in Spanish, but I still get things in English, like the cart, parts of the blog, etc…
I use loco translate to load the .po files, and those strings in the plugin are translated, but in the web they do not appear in Spanish.

What can I do to make them appear translated?

Try to create an additional translation manually in the Loco and translate that text again, then check how it works.
