I can't update my theme: "The package could not be installed…"

Greetings. I can’t update my theme. I get an error message “An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

I have tried updating several times, but it has not been possible. What should I do?
