    I cant update WPBakery Page Builder even if I download the latest version from your site.

    Hello,

    You are trying to upload zip in zip. Make sure you are uploading zip with composer files not with inner zip.

    I tried but got following massages. You can not open the folder, the zip file is invalid.

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access we shall upload new versions of the plugins.

    Such an error often appear when you put your plugin zip into zip.

    You need to deactivate the plugins delete the theme and upload new versions. If you have the limitation in file size uploaded, you should do it via FTP.
