I can’t upload Product Archive in the Woodmart Basic Theme
When i click
Layout> Product Archive > Add New > Predefined layouts >
cant create layout
error
“Something went wrong with the creation of the layout!”

once product archive template is designed, how do i use it
as in how to implement it on different pages?

It seems you have deleted the parent theme, I see this error in Appearance > Themes: “The parent theme is missing. Please install the “woodmart” parent theme. ”
Please take the archive from ThemeForest and upload it into the Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.

when i check themes, woodmart is there. see screenshot attached
also which zip am I uploading – see also attached
i dont want mess up my work, hence explain detail

Try to switch to any other theme and upload the parent theme, if it does not allow, provide FTP access to the private content and make the full backup of your site.

i dont know what the FTP access is. Is it same as control panel?
