I cant use my purchase code

Hello,
I reset my hosting, deleted the WordPress, and wanted to reupload the theme on the same domain, and the error still tells me that my purchase code is already installed. No, it was installed before I made a complete reset and deleted everything from the website, so it cant be there.
I am getting frustrated with this issue, this should not be happening. I had to pay $40 support for a problem that should not have been there in the first place.

As we can see, your purchase code is already activated. If you want to activate it again, you need to remove all the activations in your account first. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/
After this, you will be able to activate the theme with your purchase code without any issues. Note that you can activate it twice: one on your development website and one on the production.
