As I have already said the screens you have sent are not visible at all that is why I cannot figure out what you are talking about, but I try to guess.

1. Do you want to rewrite “Mail newslatter” navigate to Appearance > Menu > Top bar menu and replace the text http://prntscr.com/jrkpve

2. If you want to modify popup, navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup and find the ID of the HTML block http://prntscr.com/jrkpve then go to HTML blocks, find it and modify.

3. shop – show size == what do you mean? If you want to change the title just enter the editing mode and change, shop page can show products or categories or product + categories

If it is not what you mean, please describe your problem and provide screenshots
