i coudnt find the (custom field for themes) under the custom links

hello friend i coudnt find the (custom field for themes) under the custom links.. at the first two links the show the field . but at the third they didnt show it..

i want to conect an html block with my kategories. But in my menu structur i cant find the button for Custom fields [for theme].
only my first two show it ..

As soon as you have added the menu item, save the menu to see the custom fields, if you do not still find them, enable all the items in Screen options http://prntscr.com/kbqhb8
