I deleted 2 of my demos by mistake (from pages)

hello i remove hardware and woodmart main demo in Prebuilt websites by mistake
i delete them in pages option in wordpress
how can i restore them? help me plz

Alternatively, you can create a staging site, upload the demo and then move the necessary pages from the staging site to the live site.

You will need to contact the host support, so that they could help you create a staging site and install WordPress, then install WoodMart and upload the demo.

Then you can export content from the staging site by means of Dashboard >Tools > Export/Import and upload the file to your file.
