JovanParticipantI’ve don’t have any slider options on fresh Gutenberg Woodmart WordPress install.
I don’t have Sliders in my admin panel or woodmart theme settings. I can’t find any slider templates when trying to import templates from Gutenberg page editor.
I have used Tools prebuild websites as my starting point.Woodmart version 8.4.1

April 9, 2026 at 2:55 pm #715556Hello,
The demo you are using is not built with the Sliders, which is why you do not see any Sliders section in the home page.
Since you are using the Gutenberg‑based homepage, you manage slides directly on the page:
- Edit the page in the Gutenberg editor.
- Add or edit the Slider block (or the relevant WoodMart Gutenberg slider block) to create or adjust slides.
The Slides admin area (Dashboard > Slides) is only used when working with Elementor or WPBakery‑based sliders. If you decide you want to use the classic WoodMart Slider setup, you would need to switch to Elementor or WPBakery for that page, as the Slides section is not connected to Gutenberg sliders.
Best Regards,

JovanParticipantThank you for the clear explanation and quick response, I appreciate it.
That makes sense now. I was expecting to see a few predefined sliders available in the Templates Library, similar to how Carousels are available regardless of the starter template.
It would be great if you could consider adding Slider templates in the future, especially for Gutenberg users, as it would make the workflow more consistent with other elements.April 10, 2026 at 9:28 am #715605Hello,
Your “Tools prebuilt websites” demo is Gutenberg-native, so sliders live directly on the page. Try to build from the existing slider block or add fresh via “+” > Search “Slider”. Currently there is no slider template in the theme templates.
Please follow this guide on how to create a slider in Gutenberg:
