We made a test order, but the confirmation letter doesn’t arrive to the customer’s test email. Please help me set it up correctly.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and ensure all relevant email notifications (“Processing Order”) are properly enabled and configured.
Also, make sure your website’s server is correctly set up to send emails. In many cases, web hosting providers require specific configurations to support outgoing mail functionality.
To improve the reliability of email delivery, we recommend using SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). You can easily set this up using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP or Easy WP SMTP.
