Hello,
It’s default WooCommerce functionality when your product has the “Out of stock” value, also variation products should have some price.

So navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> set the “In stock” value and define a price for each product that has “Out of stock” status on your shop page.

I moved your credentials to the private area, next time provide it only to the private area that is below the message area.
As for the issue with the “Sold out”, it shows because in the settings of the product you have the “0” value for the “Units in Stock” field (check the below video).
