I don't see the subcategories that do not have products

Hello, I don’t see the subcategories that do not have products. I’m creating subcategories, which I need to see, even if they don’t have products yet. Attachment screenshot.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that as the product catalog is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

You can find the catalog settings for woocommerce under Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce.
