I don't understand "How to enable header overlap" in documentation

I don’t understand when I read to this part “You can enable it in Global header settings, the option is called “Make it overlap”. Where can I find “Global Header Settings”? I cannot find it anywhere in the admin. Please help. Thank you!

I saw the screenshot you attached.

The option is under Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Header Settings.
