I get 503

My site automatic change the link to site with www
After change to back i start to have the 503 error.
My server say what this problem with my theme

The theme does not influence the site URL. These rules are written in .htaccess file.

Please make the full backup of your site and upload the default .htaccess file. Contact the host support so that they could help.

Such happens as a result of incorrect file editing.

When i want to add the mobile html to main page i get 503 error
