i get a problem with Product Add-ons and woodmart theme

we are using Woocommerce Product Add-ons on our website and make many modifications to our product like upload image to our product before making checkout but it failed to make it… it’s any problem with woodmart and the Product Add-ons plugin ?? any solution about it please 90 % of our products need to customized filed befor checkout
