I have a problem with RTL Version after setup WPML

I have imported the base RTL Version and added the default language is Arabic then setup WPML but after setup, the RTL version has broken (Directions and spaces), I tried to generate RTL CSS from the CSS Generator option, but it broke the English version.
I need to know what is best practice to set up the RTL as the default language without breaking the English version and vice versa

please check the cart page it is translated and you will find that the English version at the top menu is not working well. also, the mega menu In the Arabic version is not working well also.
