I have activated purchase code more than 3 times.

    I haven’t used a purchase code more than three times. Actually I haven’t used it yet.
    Yes I have activated purchase code more than 3 times, but I did it for the same domain.
    I reinstalled the same site on the server three times. After each new installation, I kept entering the same purchase code.
    So that means I’m not really going to use it once.
    How to solve this issue?

    Please delete all the domains in your account of ThemeForest and try again, if the problem persists, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area.
