I have an error that I cannot import into WordFrees . I have imported more than a dozen times, each time 60% is lost, I have also removed everything and imported again from the beginning but it still doesn’t work. Please help me, thank you.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

The timeout limit should be increase to 300s to make import work.

There is another timeout limit, not PHP only. You need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

The current hosting provider has informed me that they have increased all the timeout parameters to 300 seconds and I have also tried importing but the error still fails. Please access wordpress to help me import.
