i have an error when i open website backend after i update the theme

After i update the theme and wordpress for the latest update i face error every time i try to log to Website back end
it give me error : Internal Server Error

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
– and when i deactivate the wood mart theme and activate any other theme i can log in to the backend
our website is multi language (English – Arabic ) and use WPML Plugin for translation

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin and FTP access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

We have updated the theme on your website on your website. Please test how it works now.
so what was the problem to avoid it in the live website ?
We didn’t face any issues while updating. We updated it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new by replacing the previous version.
