I have an icon menu that doesnt work

Hi! I created an icon menu using the elementor template and it’s only showing up when you’re logged in and it should show to everyone on tablet and mobile. I attached a photo a circled the icon menu that should shown to all.

Use the Mobile bottom Navbar from Theme Settings > General > Mobile Bottom navbar.

thank you it already like that but why is the icon menu only showing up when you’re logged into your account? I want it to always show even for customers who don’t create an account
