I have not been able to activate the template, please help!

When performing the activation process, it throws the following error:
API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.
The server is up to date!

It seems to be a problem on your web server and it can’t perform the request to our server to activate the theme. Try to contact your server providers to investigate this issue.
