I have problem when clicking on swatch or sizes

Dear Xtemos team

I have a dress product that got several colors and sizes,
and I choosed variable product and I did all attributes and variations and set regular price for all of them.

but in single product page, whenever I click to the color and the size to put them in Cart. it does not affect.
when I click on a specific color, the selection disappear like I didn’t click anything .. so I cannot add the product in the card because of that.

and also the swatches did not appear in the product under the product name. please check the images for ref.

last thing: how can I change the size selection to dropdown list?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Make sure all the slugs for categories and attributes are in Latin letters. You can check this in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes.

I changed all the slugs for categories and attributes to Latin letters.

And still when I click on a specific color and size, the selection disappear (No click available).

Because of this issue, the product can’t be added to the cart.

Can you check by yourself? I gave you permission as manager in my website.

Could you please temporarily disable all the plugins which are not related to our theme so we can check?

Please I’m having a really bad situation in my theme beside my swatch an size issue.

Now every time I add new products… the single product page looks crushed (see image in attachment)

and I’ve found that when I deactivate “Really Simple SSL” and “Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent”.
the page looks a bit better but I still think that there is something not right. (Less info + no Description)
