As soon as my client gets to the checkout page he or she has to accept the general terms and conditions. As soon as they click on the general terms and conditions shortcut on the checkout page, they will see a strange overview of the codes on the page.

Create the page as a WordPress default page without WPBakery page builder. Woocommerce functional pages do not support WPBakery page builder.
