The difference between the two screens you provided is that the first one is the view for not authorized user and the second one is for the authorized user.

disable additional plugins aside comming with woomart. sure this must be your problem. i had same issue using font-awesome plugin. my issue above is because i reimport my products every night and update all settings. made an exclusion on reviews hope this helps.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
